One-on-one mental health treatment that is personalized to suit an individual’s unique needs. It involves setting therapeutic goals, processing one’s past and present, and learning how to manage one’s symptoms or triggers in order to live a healthier life.
This profound transformative process helps an individual to navigate through life changes, develop insight/ wisdom and to break unproductive and/or destructive behavioral patterns. Your therapist will help you to build self-awareness, emotional IQ, develop a coping "tool kit" and learn to effectively implement what you've learned for sustained life change.
At Compassion Elevated Therapy your individual therapy will be tailored to meet your specific needs. All therapy occurs online, allowing you the comfort and convivence of having your session in your personal space.
Group psychotherapy is an effective form of therapy in which a small number of people meet together under the guidance of a professionally trained therapist to help themselves and one another. There are many different approaches to group therapy but they share in common creating a safe, supportive, and cohesive space to address personal, relationship and societal issues.
Group therapy provides a place where you come together with others to share problems or concerns, to better understand your own situation, and to learn from and with each other. Under the leadership of a therapist, you will learn about yourself and improve your relationships with other people. You will gain self-understanding and skills for dealing with your concerns. In a typical session, which lasts about 60-90 minutes, members work to express their own challenges and aspirations, feelings, ideas, and reactions as freely and honestly as possible. Groups are held online.
At Compassion Elevated Therapy a safe and confidential environment is created to help members learn not only to understand themselves and their own issues but also become therapeutic helpers for other group members
Clinical-community linkages help to connect health care providers, community organizations, and public health agencies so they can improve patients’ access to community resources and medical care services. These approaches can include forming partnerships, coordinating activities to fill gaps in needed services across systems and promoting patient and community involvement.
Types of clinical-community linkages include coordinating medical care and other community services at a single location and developing ways to connect patients to resources more effectively. Collaborations between clinical, community, and public health organizations offer a win-win scenario for participating organizations, clinical teams, and patients and have been shown to reduce and prevent disease in communities and provide additional support to help patients maintain healthy behaviors.
